Over the last 20 years, his work has been widely used to facilitate healing and the expansion of consciousness. In film, bodywork, therapy, and meditation projects, his music breathes life and clarity into a space. Under the artist name 'Anima,' Ali has released 13 albums and was one of the first artists in the New Age/Healing music genre to record and produce in high-resolution DSD in 2013.
His album 'Sound Medicine' (2011) is the highest-selling solfeggio album to date. Following the experiences of listeners, Ali’s music is being studied for its positive effect on blood and creating altered states of consciousness.

In 2014 with his wife Jemma, Ali founded Na'vi Organics. A wellness company working directly with producers offering exceptional tonic herbs and remedies to nourish the body. Their award-winning range and inspirational story has captured the attention of people all around the world. Remote and accessible only by boat, their home/office/studio in the Scottish highlands is a sanctuary and playground.
Ali now divides his time between his music, working on the land to nurture a flourishing organic small-holding, and continuing to support Na'vi, while home-educating his young daughters.
