As the digital age continues to seemingly swallow our world, our Anima name which we began releasing music through in 2003 started being lost amidst 100's of other 'Anima' artists/groups creating their own profiles. So, it was time for a refresh!

Our new name Ananui represents the eternal song of ancient starlight carried and reflected in the depths of the oceans...  the place where the whales swim amoungst the stars

Anima Sound Medicine remains our record label name - honouring where we have come from and the healing potential of sound

We are excited to have released our first re-mastered Anima track under Ananui
