Ananui is published by Anima Sound Productions Limited.
You can delete your Ananui account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@animamusic.uk from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account.
We will confirm the request, delete the account and reply to confirm within 30 days.
Records of purchases are kept for six years. UK tax and company law requires us to keep financial records, so we cannot delete these on request. They are kept as transaction records only and are not used to contact you or to build a profile.
Backups are overwritten within 90 days of deletion. Your data is not restored or used during that period.
Deletion from our live systems happens within 30 days of your request, and immediately if you use the in-app option. Backups are cleared within a further 90 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you must cancel yours separately or it will keep renewing.
Cancel before deleting your account, otherwise you will have to cancel from your device settings afterwards.
